MECA Properties presents an Executive Rentals Division, a new approach to our Property Management Division. This idea focuses on higher end rental properties in the Charlotte area and will provide many benefits to homeowners! Below is a list of criteria, services and associated fees.

Criteria for an Executive Rental

  • Size of the property
  • Properties that have a rental amount of $1,995 and above
  • Unique features
  • Properties that are currently listed for sale

Services

  • More marketing and exposure
  • Designated agent assigned to the property
  • Designated page on our website
  • Property shown by appointment if requested
  • Higher referral fees to agents*
  • Rental Open House hosted by MECA Residential
  • Marketing brochures placed at the property
  • E-blast marketing flyer sent out to the Realtor Community

Fees

  • 10% management fee
  • $10.00 monthly accounting fee
  • $500 cancellation fee if an owner chooses to cancel the contract within the first six months of management
  • A lease up fee equal to the first month's rent

*This fee is to be negotiated between MECA Properties and the owner.
