Owner Obligations:
  • Minimize display of personal belongings
  • Clean/Organize property
  • Provide fresh linens (new sheets and towels)
  • Stock pantry with basics (i.e. coffee, water, etc)
  • Clean out refrigerator
  • Provide a coffee maker
  • Provide MECA with any pertinent information about unit and complex
    (i.e. HOA Rules & Regs, parking, amenities, access information, etc.)
  • Provide cable and internet service
Fee: 20% of total rental income
