MECA's roots in Charlotte date back more
than fifty years when Robert H. "Bob" Pressley established
a real estate company with the purchase of a single house
and two vacant lots. Bob's son, Anthony "Tony" Pressley
took the reins in 1980.
He was later joined by his brother Robert
M. Pressley and together, they have grown the company into
a multifaceted commercial and residential real estate practice

which includes services in the areas of brokerage, management
and development.
Tony's sons Robert A. Pressley, President
of Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA and Andrew W. Pressley,
Vice President of MECA Properties represents the third generation
of Pressley family to enter the business.
